What is your minimum order for export?
25kg for LCL consolidation shipments, 500kg for palletized LCL, and one full 20-foot container (~18 tonnes) for FCL.
What payment terms do you accept?
30% advance by wire with 70% against scan of bill of lading. We also accept confirmed irrevocable LCs through SWIFT for orders above $50k.
Which ports do you ship from?
Air freight out of Kathmandu (KTM). Sea freight consolidated at Kolkata (IN) or Birgunj dry port with transshipment via Colombo (LK) or Singapore (SG).
Can you fumigate for destination requirements?
Yes. Methyl bromide and heat-treatment both available on request. Most EU and US destinations accept our standard phytosanitary without fumigation.
Do you handle customs at the destination?
On DDP terms, yes — we clear and deliver. On CIF / FOB / EXW, your broker handles destination clearance with the documents we provide.
What is the typical lead time for a first order?
4–6 weeks for an FCL from PO to delivery (sea, Europe), 2–3 weeks for air freight to the Gulf, and 2 weeks for a courier sample shipment.
