These terms cover your use of the CardamomNepal website. They are separate from the commercial terms of any order, which are set out in the quotation or proforma invoice we send you.
This website is operated by Arun Valley Exports Pvt. Ltd. (“CardamomNepal”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Nepal with its export office in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
CardamomNepal is a wholesale and export supplier. This website is intended for businesses — importers, distributors, spice companies, and trade buyers — evaluating our products. Nothing here is directed at consumers, and all orders are placed on a business-to-business basis.
Product descriptions, grades, specifications, indicative prices, and availability shown on this website are for general information only and may change without notice. They do not constitute a binding offer to sell.
A sale is formed only when we issue a written quotation or proforma invoice that you accept, and it is governed by the specific terms of that document — including price, grade, quantity, Incoterm, payment terms, and lead time.
Sample availability, minimum order quantities, and pricing are confirmed per enquiry. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation; where none is stated, they are valid for fourteen days. Because black cardamom is an agricultural product, colour, size, moisture, and aroma vary naturally between harvests within the specifications we publish.
Order, payment, and delivery terms are set out in the quotation or proforma invoice for each order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, first-time buyers pay in advance, and title and risk pass in accordance with the agreed Incoterm. We provide the export documentation stated in the quotation, such as a phytosanitary certificate and certificate of origin. It is your responsibility to ensure the product may be lawfully imported and sold in your destination market.
