Why trust a supplier you have never met?
You should not, on the strength of a website. Here is what you can check independently, and what we can put in your hands before you send any money.
Verify we exist, without asking us
We are registered in Nepal as Arun Valley Exports Pvt. Ltd. Our registration details are in the footer of every page, and a Nepali company registration is a public record you can check against the registry rather than against our word.
See the goods before you pay
A 200–500g sample of the exact grade you are considering, couriered at our cost, with the current per-lot laboratory report. Your own QA can verify aflatoxin, moisture and pod size independently. Nothing ships until the lot matches the sample you signed off.
Read the paperwork first
Phytosanitary certificate, FNCCI certificate of origin, commercial invoice and packing list. We send the document set with the quotation rather than after the invoice, so your customs broker can confirm it clears before you commit.
Ask which district it grew in
A specific answer signals a short supply chain; a vague one signals a re-packed lot. Ask us, and ask whoever you buy from now. It is the single most diagnostic question in this trade and it costs you one email.
Start small
Our minimum is one 25kg sack. A first order does not have to be a container, and we would rather you trialled a sack than took a risk you regret.
What we cannot offer yet
We are a young exporter and we do not have escrow or a trade-assurance programme in place. First orders are 100% T/T advance, which is a real ask, and the honest mitigation is the small trial order above rather than a guarantee we cannot back. Letter of credit at sight is available once we have traded.
We reply within 24 hours on business days.
That is the standard we hold ourselves to, not a measured average — we will publish the real figure here once we have enough enquiries for it to mean anything.
